50GHz, 2.4mm Female Connector With 4-Hole Flange (12.7mm*12.7mm)
The 2.4 mm connector is a 50 Ω precision coaxial connector developed in 1986 by HP (Agilent/Keysight), Amphenol, and M/A-COM for applications up to 50 GHz. Featuring a threaded interface with increased outer wall thickness and strengthened female contacts, it offers superior mechanical robustness compared to SMA or 2.92 mm connectors. It is mechanically compatible with 1.85 mm connectors but requires precision adapters to interface with SMA, 3.5 mm, or 2.92 mm types. Widely used in satellite communications, radar systems, and high-frequency test equipment.
